Estimated shipping time is usually 1 - 3 weeks (Standard Shipping)

Most orders will be received within 3 weeks from the time of ordering but international tariffs and customs may delay delivery.

Express shipping usually take 5 - 7 business days (if available to your area)

Order cancellations may be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations requested more than 12 hours after your order is placed may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your custom printed boots for a size exchange there are two options:

Option 1: Return the unworn boots to us for a size exchange - Please contact us before sending back your boots.

Option 2: Keep the boots to wear or giveaway and order a replacement pair at half price - Please contact us about this option.

REFUNDS: If you wish to return your boots for a full refund (not including shipping costs) - please contact us
