The Majestical Shrug. A black stretch velvet bolero jacket with ornate braid trim. Adds a beautifully elegant touch to a Victorian or Steampunk ensemble.
Made in stretch velvet. Lovely to wear. You can even add a formal touch to a casual outfit (looks awesome with jeans for a gothic touch).
This short jacket is great for those cooler evenings when you just need something light to put on.

Please note, this style is best suited to bust measurements up to 45 inches (it's not a good style for very large busts)
