Please allow 5-9 days to receive a tracking number while your order is custom made and shipped from our Bootmaker in China.

Estimated shipping time is usually 1 - 3 weeks (standard shipping)

Most orders will be received within 3 weeks from the time of ordering but delays may occur during peak periods, or due to international tariffs and customs.

Returns Policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days to arrange a refund or replacement.
